Job Profile: HR Executive – Recruitment, Training, and Team Management
Position Overview:
Autobits is seeking a highly skilled and proactive HR Executive to lead our recruitment, training, and team management initiatives. The successful candidate will be instrumental in attracting top talent, developing effective training programs, managing team dynamics, and driving performance improvement. Proficiency in utilizing ERP systems and recruitment portals such as Indeed, Naukri, and LinkedIn is essential. Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from crafting job descriptions to sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing onboarding procedures. Utilize various portals (Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn) to attract top talent.
- Training and Development: Develop and implement comprehensive training programs that address the needs of employees at all levels, ensuring skill enhancement and career growth. Leverage ERP systems to track training outcomes and employee progress.
- Team Management: Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment. Implement strategies for team building, conflict resolution, and effective communication across departments.
- Performance Management: Design and administer performance evaluation processes that align with company objectives. Work closely with management to identify performance gaps and develop improvement plans.
- HR Operations: Efficiently manage HR-related documentation and processes within the ERP system. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Employee Engagement: Develop initiatives to boost employee engagement and satisfaction. Act as a liaison between management and employees to address concerns and foster a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, PHR) preferred.
- 1+ years of HR experience, with a strong focus on recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Proficient in using ERP systems and familiar with recruitment portals (Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage and improve team dynamics and performance.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices.
